The ONE WORLD collection of SWISSCDF is not available in synchronous structures.
Please note the following recommendations when machining SWISSCDF:
Use hard alloy tools for machining. When processing large amounts of material and using modern machines, we recommend using diamond-tipped tools.
The high density of the raw board must be taken into account when setting the processing parameters.
In order to achieve an optimal edge quality, it is recommended to use sharp and wear-resistant tools.
Black-coloured edges can be sanded and treated with water repellents (hydrophobic), varnish, wax, oil or petroleum jelly depending on the intended use of the board.
The fittings can be fixed to the surface of the board using construction adhesives.
Long-term exposure to heat is permitted at temperatures up to 50ºC. For short-term heat exposure (max. 1 hour), temperatures up to 90ºC are permissible. Long-term temperature stresses above 50ºC may cause cracks in the surface.
The surface can be wet cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent.
