Each year mikado, a German trade journal devoted to the timber construction and interior finishing trades, holds an online survey to identify the timber industry’s best website. And this year we are once again in the running. The journal’s editorial team has selected a shortlist of 21 websites to compete. And now it's your turn to help pick the winner!

One of these websites is the one that we have created for SWISS KRONO Germany. We use it to keep users, architects, planners and merchants thoroughly informed about our products and services. And it has once again been given a facelift – large-format photographs in particular have now made it even more attractive.

Our core theme in connection with building materials is the future of timber construction with OSB. • https://www.swisskrono.com/de-en/products/wooden-building-materials/the-swiss-krono-show-module/#/: here we acquaint you with our mobile showroom, covering everything from the idea behind it all the way to possibilities for using it.
• https://www.swisskrono.com/de-en/about-us/swiss-krono-design-station/#/: Here we present our event location in an historic locomotive shed in Wittstock/Dosse in the north-western part of the German state of Brandenburg. Check it out to learn more about how this structure, which has protected status as an historic monument, and how it can be used today.
• https://www.swisskrono.com/de-en/products/wooden-building-materials/prefabricated-construction/timber-construction-guide/#/: Here we inform you, among other things, about how easy it is to implement fireproofing and acoustic insulation in timber structures. Current themes such as energy efficiency, healthy indoor environments and the availability of subsidies are covered.
