The Premium Product for Timber Construction

SWISS KRONO OSB/4 EN300 is a premium product for timber construction. Among other things, these boards are used to reinforce interior and exterior walls as well as ceilings and roofs. Our state-of-the-art production equipment also allows us to make boards up to 18m long. These extra-long boards are used to build homes and industrial structures and accelerate the pace of construction projects.

This engineered wood product is produced using completely formaldehyde-free adhesives. As an internationally leading maker of eco-friendly wood-based materials, we rely exclusively on wood from sustainably managed forests.

We offer SWISS KRONO OSB/4 EN300 in the following versions for different uses:

Straight-edge – ContiFinish^®

• ContiFinish^® surfaces permit use in moisture-prone areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. 

Tongue-and-groove (T+G) – ContiFinish^®

• Outstanding technical values together with the use of completely formaldehyde-free adhesives make SWISS KRONO OSB/4 EN300, T+G a modern allrounder. Professional builders rely on it whenever a building must meet stringent requirements in terms of loadbearing ability, thermal and acoustic insulation, energy efficiency and healthy living.
• When used as interior boarding for water-vapor-permeable roofs in timber frame construction, there is no need to additionally seal the structure with a waterproof membrane.

LONGBOARD

• A long OSB board version featuring lengths of between 6.501 mm and 18,000 mm 
• An ideal engineered wood material for prefabricated buildings assembled from modules
