OSB/3 EN300, straight-edge - ContiFinish®

SWISS KRONO OSB/3 sensitiv EN 300 is made entirely from wood of Populus tree species along with a very small amount of formaldehyde-free binder. Populus wood is especially well-suited for many uses as it contains almost no resins and therefore has a very low content of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

OSB boards made from Populus wood are virtually odourless. The absence of a typical wood smell makes them excellent suited for uses that are subject to very strict requirements with regard to indoor air quality.

We offer SWISS KRONO OSB/3 sensitiv EN 300 in the following versions for different applications:

Straight-edge – ContiFinish®

• The ContiFinish® surface permits use in moist rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms.

Tongue-and-groove (T+G) – ContiFinish^®

• Jointless laying thanks to tongue-and-groove connections on all four edges; also suited for use in moist rooms
• When boards are used as interior roof planking in timber-frame construction, there is no need to additionally seal them with waterproof membrane.
