SWISSCDF – Compact Density Fibreboard.

To manufacture strong furniture, Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is often used, while the most popular material for flooring is High Density Fiberboard (HDF). SWISSCDF is made of compact, black-tinted fiber with density above 1,000 kg/m3 and excellent visual impact, specifically addressed to architects and designers.

In its raw version, SWISSCDF  is an extremely robust base panel. Its black colouring and compact product structure means the highly compacted fibreboard can also be used without further coating. If a decor is added, SWISSCDF is even more versatile and robust. The outstanding machining properties deep into the panel allow you to create personalised creations and three-dimensional elements. In addition, the SWISSCDF compact density fibreboard complies with B-s2,d0 fire classification according to EN 13501-1.
