What is the manufacturer's warranty on floor panels?
KRONOPOL is responsible for 2 years for all features of the product manufactured in accordance with the European standard PN EN 13329:2016.In addition, we provide a manufacturer's warranty for 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 years (depending on the abrasion class) against abrasion of the surface of the laminate panel as a result of normal use in a domestic environment.
We guarantee that the pattern (drawing) of laminate flooring panels will not be abraded in an area of more than 1 cm2 on a single panel, when used as intended and in accordance with the "Rules of installation and use."
Warranty periods depend on the brand of the panels and AC abrasion resistance class (according to EN 13329). Detailed data are shown in the table below.
