How to make a claim under the manufacturer's warranty?

Procedure for filing a complaint:

  • The complaint must be filed at the place of purchase of the floor panels, no later than 30 days after the discovery of the defect.
  • The complaint must be submitted in writing. In the complaint application, you should specify:
    • the name or number of the décor to which the claim relates;
    • the quantity (m2 or pieces);
    • the identification number of the claimed panels printed on their underside;
    • the place of use;
    • the reason for the complaint;
    • the expected manner of settlement of the complaint (replacement of the defective panels with defect-free ones or reduction of the price in proportion to the degree of defectiveness found);
  • The complaint must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase of the panels, if possible, as well as photographic documentation, clearly showing the reported defect.
  • The customer is obliged to keep two samples from the purchased panels of about 20 cm in length from the full width (1 piece from the beginning and 1 piece from the end of the panel), so that in the event of a possible complaint it is possible to carry out control tests.
