20. How to care for the surface of floor panels?

Rules of care for floor panels:

Remove dirt with a brush or vacuum cleaner using a brush attachment. It is especially recommended to systematically remove sand, which can scratch the surface.
The surface of the panels can be wiped with a damp, well-squeezed cloth or a flat mop with a laminate panel care product. We recommend using a liquid for cleaning laminate floors, which SWISS KRONO POLAND has in its offer.
Under no circumstances should the panels be poured with water, cleaned with wax, steam jets, pastes, concentrated detergents or cleaning powders. Exceptions are water resistant floors made with AQUA ZERO 72h technology, which can be cleaned with a steam mop.
The floor must be protected from the entrance of the building or apartment through the use of doormats or carpets that protect the panels from the harmful effects of sand and moisture.
Felt pads should be used under the legs of chairs, tables and other furniture and should be cleaned regularly. Unprotected furniture should not be moved on the surface of the panels.
For furniture on wheels (or casters) made of hard plastic or metal, it is necessary to use protective mats. Damage to the floor caused by their absence will void the warranty in this regard. Only in the case of soft rubber casters that are regularly cleaned protective mats are not necessary.
Water spilled on the panels should be removed immediately.
