Can I lay laminate panels on old parquet, tiles or existing flooring?

If the floor laid with parquet or tiles is damaged, but even, laminate panels can be laid on it. They are thin enough that the difference in level between the existing floor and the new one will not be large. Before laying laminate on parquet or planks, it is a good idea to sub-nail the old floor and grind any irregularities. It is also important to make sure that after laying the new laminate panels, the doors to the rooms and apartment can open. It may be necessary to undercut them. It is then necessary to measure the thickness of the panel and the underlay used under it (mat, board) on the door before installing the floor, and shorten the door leaf by this value.
