At present, LLC “SWISS KRONO” includes three production branches located in Lviv Region – Kamianka-Buska town, in Ivano-Frankivsk Region – Broshniv-Osada township and in Kharkiv Region– Solonytsivka township.

LLC “SWISS KRONO” is the leading producer of MFC, worktops and the only producer of OSB/3 for the domestic market  in Ukraine. Over 700 employees contribute to the company success. As a result, the current facilities of the company production comprise over 770 thousand cubic meters per year, 150 thousand cubic meters of which are OSB/3 boards. There are 4 board laminating units with the capacity of 35 million sq.m. per year. Apart from that, the company produces worktops and impregnated decorative paper 100 million sq.m. per year.

Optimal location of the plants allows the company to react to the internal market needs immediately and to manufacture its products at the close proximity to the customer. Small distances from storages to the borders and availability of company’s own access gauges opens broad prospects for export of finished products to the neighboring and far-abroad countries.

CH R O N O L O G Y

• 2000          
  LLC “SWISS KRONO”, member of SWISS KRONO Group, was established in December in Kamianka-Buska town, 45 km from Lviv, Ukraine. Two-platen press “Dieffenbacher” and the first line for chipboard lamination were installed.
• 2002          
  The first MFC board was produced in February. In several months, the first “Siempelkamp” laminating line was put into operation.
• 2004          
  LLC “SWISS KRONO”acquired the plant in Broshniv-Osada. During 2004-2005, three MFC laminating lines were added to the existing line of MFC board production.
• 2005          
  The second “Siempelkamp” laminating line was put into operation.
• 2006          
  The production line at Broshniv-Osada plant was modernized. Today, it is the most powerful  production facility of LLC “SWISS KRONO”.
• 2006          
  The energy plant, which works on the solid fuel, was established.
• 2006          
  The plant in Solonytsivka merged with LLC “SWISS KRONO”. “Dieffenbacher” single-platen press for MFC board production, “Siempelkamp” laminating lines and VITS decorative paper impregnation line were installed.
• 2008          
  A postforming line for the worktops production was installed at Kamianka-Buska plant
• 2012          
  SWISS KRONO is the first production company of OSB/3 in Ukraine
• 2019          
  The filter was overhauled and replaced with a new one at Broshniv-Osada plant. It was installed by the world-famous Austrian company “Scheuch”. This installation eliminates formaldehyde in the exhaust gases of the Contiroll press by spraying water.
