SWISS KRONO opened the new Design Station in Wittstock/Dosse with the Design News 2023.

Numerous customers from Germany and abroad accepted SWISS KRONO's invitation to the group's new event location.

Did we lose sight of each other during the pandemic?
NO!
After three years of digital talks and presentations, we spent a fantastic five days with our customers in Wittstock/Dosse near Berlin in January. The occasion was a premiere in the 30th anniversary year of our plant in Heiligengrabe: the first Design News 2023 in-house exhibition in our new SWISS KRONO Group event rooms, the Design Station.
More than 100 customers accepted our invitation, some of them travelling a long way to be there. More than half of the visitors came from abroad, for example from India, Israel and Canada.
We usually present our new flooring products at the DOMOTEX trade fair in Hanover in January. For many reasons, this year we used our new event location close to the factory instead, in order to exchange ideas with customers individually and in peace. The response was great - our guests were enthusiastic about the restoration of the former locomotive shed building as well as the modern design and creative use.
In addition to the new decors of the year 2023 from KRONOTEX, the entire collection could be experienced up close. The new synchronous structure of Luxor Oak from the ROOMS collection was also a hit with customers.
Many guests also combined their visit to the Design Days in our new Design Station with exclusive insights into our digital printing options in the Design Centre at the Heiligengrabe plant.
The premiere of the Design Days was a good opportunity for us to test the new Design Station in a kind of trial run and discover small weaknesses. This will allow us to adjust and correct them before the official opening in March 2023. Robert Schneider, Managing Director -Sales & Marketing of SWISS KRONO, draws a positive conclusion to the Design News 2023: "With the Design Station, we finally have a real showroom. We are taking communication and the presentation of our group's product ranges to a new level. Every sales representative is looking forward to the appointments that will take place here in the future. But the Design Station also opens up new possibilities for us for internal company purposes. Product training will be possible here in a completely different way than before."
What makes us particularly happy about the premiere event? Many customers will soon be coming back to visit us in Wittstock/Dosse. Our Canadian customer, for example, is already planning a trip to the Design Station in September 2023 with 45 of his best customers!
