Windows Server Engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Setup, administration and documentation of virtualized Windows servers
- Patch management, maintenance and orchestration of Windows server infrastructure in close coordination with our IT security team
- Installation and integration of business applications along our Windows environment
- Evaluation of new technologies (e.g. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
- Collaboration in the development and transition to a hybrid environment
- 2nd and 3rd level support of Windows services
Your skills:
- At least 3 years experience with Windows infrastructure in multinational companies
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a correspondingly convincing professional experience in the area of Windows server management and orchestration
- Good knowledge of System Center Suite, Active Directory, Terminal Services & Powershell
- Virtualized cloud infrastructure experience like Azure, AWS
- Profound knowledge of one additional topic: Microsoft SQL Databases, DNS, DHCP, Public Key Infrastructure, Centralized log management and Monitoring Automation with CI/CD pipelines
- MSCA/M365/Azure certified or comparable certifications
- ITIL certification
- VMware VCP/VCAP or comparable certifications
