Person in charge for sales - indoor service export (m/f/d)

Job description:

The employee (m/f/d) in the internal sales department on the export side is responsible for the processing of customer orders in English-speaking countries from the receipt of the order, to production planning, to the dispatch of the finished goods from the Heiligengrabe location. Here, it must be ensured that the orders are processed on time, taking into account the customer requirements with the legally required documents, and that constant communication with the customer is guaranteed.

Your tasks at SWISS KRONO:

• You will mainly record and process the orders of our regular customers, coordinate production and delivery dates and check the shipping process,
• You will monitor the payment behavior of customers and follow up on reminders,
• You will be in constant contact with the sales representatives, service technicians, accounting and other departments,
• You will process complaints and create identical credit notes,
• You will be responsible for the master data maintenance of your customers in SAP,
• You will be in contact with the customers via mail and telephone mainly in English,
• You will work closely with the back-office staff and field representatives of the sales team.

These must be your qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a business training,
• You can easily familiarize yourself with the processes in an industrial company,
• You are confident in using the common MS Office applications and it would be ideal if you have user-related knowledge of SAP,
• You are fluent in spoken and written English,
• You are team-oriented and have strong organizational and communication skills,
• You are committed to your job and reliable,
• You have a confident and friendly personality,
• You can work under pressure and are willing to familiarize yourself with new tasks,
• You work in a customer-oriented, responsible and independent manner.
