Internal sales representative focus export / france (m/f/d)

Job description:

The employee (m/f/d) in the internal sales department export is responsible for the processing of customer orders in the French-speaking region from the receipt of the order, through the planning of production, to the shipment of the finished goods from the Heiligengrabe location. Here, it must be ensured that the orders are processed on schedule, taking into account customer requirements with the legally required documents, and that constant communication with the customer is guaranteed. 

Your tasks at SWISS KRONO:

•  Recording and processing of customer orders
• Coordination of production and delivery dates
• Monitoring the payment behavior of customers
• Exchange with other departments, e.g. sales representatives, accounting department
• Processing of complaints
• Contact with customers in mainly English and French language
• Master data maintenance in SAP

These must be your qualifications:

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
• Sales experience desirable
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Sound knowledge of German, English and French, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Commitment and reliability
