Export Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for international markets to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify new bussines opportunities and markets, build and mantain customer relationship
  • Analysis and continuously evaluate competitors and market environments
  • Ensure compliance with export regulation, custom procedures and global trade regulations
  • Negociate contracts, terms, and pricing with global customers and distribution partners
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and events
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Back office, production, logistics and marketing
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and plannings
  • Prepare regular reporting


Your skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Bussiness Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent educational background
  • 3+ years of experience in international sales and export
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proeficient in market research and analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • English C1+, German and arabic languages are a plus
  • The position will require frequent international travel
