DOMOTEX asia / CHINAFLOOR - Optimally matched product portfolio

DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR, the flagship event of the Asian flooring industry, took place last week in Shanghai. SWISS KRONO Group was represented with an area of 300 m2 and presented the latest flooring product highlights from Poland, Switzerland and Germany. Also represented was our partner for the PRC market, STAR LIVING, which owns the exclusive rights to the brands KRONOTEX (DE), KRONOSWISS (CH) and KRONOPOL (PL) and plays a central role in the development of the Asian market.

With around 60,000 visitors from 104 countries, DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR has long since ceased to be a trade fair exclusively for Chinese visitors. Colleagues from the Menznau, Heiligengrabe and Zary plants also had successful conversations with visitors from the Asia-Pacific region. Paul Mullings, SWISS KRONO Group Director of Flooring & Interiors (Panels), summarizes the fair as follows: “DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR in Shanghai is developing into one of the world's most important flooring events. The ever-increasing diversity of exhibitors and participants makes it an ideal place for the SWISS KRONO Group to consolidate and further expand its activities in China and the Asia-Pacific markets.”

The fact that this consolidation has already been successful in recent years is demonstrated by the feedback from customers, who have consistently rated the SWISS KRONO Group product portfolio as “optimally adapted to the Asian market.” The WATER RESISTANT highlight products and the new HERRINGBONE collection were a particular focus for Asian visitors at the booth.

However, it was not only SWISS KRONO Group flooring products that were presented, but also our SWISSCLIC PANEL, which combines modern interior design with solution-oriented room acoustics. Wall-mounted with the simplest DIY mounting process, the panel absorbs disruptive noises and improves speech intelligibility in the room.
